My journey in sports began on the gridiron, where I learned the importance of sacrifice discipline, and physical conditioning through American football. Transitioning into college, I continued to excel in athletics, balancing the demands of both football and lacrosse while honing my skills and understanding of peak physical performance.

Today, my focus has shifted to weightlifting, where I compete and continually challenge myself to push beyond limits. My experience in sports has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the transformative power of fitness, not only for the body but also for mental resilience and overall well-being.
